At Birthstones Jewelry, we want you to cherish your personalized pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved birthstone pieces may be subject to specific exchange conditions due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your padded shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
